Claude Code native binary fails on WSL1 with 'Exec format error'
Running `claude` inside WSL prints an exec format error. On WSL1 this is a known native-binary regression: the binary's program headers changed in a way WSL1's loader cannot handle.

Convert the distribution to WSL2 from PowerShell:

wsl --set-version <DistroName> 2
```
If you must stay on WSL1, the docs describe invoking the binary through the dynamic linker via a shell function in `~/.bashrc`.
