Codex CLI Linux sandbox fails on Ubuntu 24.04+: bwrap RTM_NEWADDR Operation not permitted
Every sandboxed command in Codex CLI fails on Ubuntu 24.04+ (reported from codex-cli 0.115.0). Ubuntu's default AppArmor policy restricts unprivileged user namespaces (`kernel.apparmor_restrict_unprivileged_userns=1`), which prevents bubblewrap from configuring the sandbox's network namespace.

Preferred (per Codex docs): load the bwrap AppArmor profile so the global restriction stays on:
```bash
sudo apt update
sudo apt install apparmor-profiles apparmor-utils
sudo install -m 0644 \
/usr/share/apparmor/extra-profiles/bwrap-userns-restrict \
/etc/apparmor.d/bwrap-userns-restrict
sudo apparmor_parser -r /etc/apparmor.d/bwrap-userns-restrict
```
Last resort: `sudo sysctl -w kernel.apparmor_restrict_unprivileged_userns=0` (disables a system-wide hardening measure). A user in the thread reports the profile can affect other bwrap users such as Flatpak. Also ensure `bubblewrap` is installed; Codex uses the first `bwrap` on PATH.
