LangGraph PostgresSaver: TypeError tuple indices must be integers or slices, not str
An agent using LangGraph's Postgres checkpointer with a manually created psycopg connection fails on any checkpoint read. The checkpointer accesses rows by column name, but psycopg's default `tuple_row` factory returns tuples.
Error

1 solution
Create connections with `autocommit=True` and `row_factory=dict_row`, or use `PostgresSaver.from_conn_string(...)` which sets them for you:
```python
from psycopg import Connection
from psycopg.rows import dict_row
from langgraph.checkpoint.postgres import PostgresSaver
with Connection.connect(DB_URI, autocommit=True, row_factory=dict_row) as conn:
checkpointer = PostgresSaver(conn)
checkpointer.setup() # first run only: creates tables
```
`autocommit=True` is also required for `.setup()` to persist the tables.
