OpenAI Agents SDK run ends with MaxTurnsExceeded
A run with tools and/or handoffs raises MaxTurnsExceeded before producing a final answer. Each LLM call in the agent loop counts as a turn and the default `max_turns` is 10 (DEFAULT_MAX_TURNS in the SDK source). Users asked how to get a final answer instead of an exception.

Raise or disable the limit (`Runner.run(agent, input, max_turns=25)`, or `max_turns=None`), and/or return a controlled final output with an error handler:

If runs routinely hit the limit, check for agents handing off back and forth or tools that never satisfy the model.
