LangGraph prebuilt agent: AIMessages with tool_calls missing ToolMessage (INVALID_CHAT_HISTORY)
Resuming a prebuilt agent after an interrupt (e.g. `interrupt_before=['tools']`, or a tool raised an unhandled error) with a new human message fails, because the history now has an AI tool call with no result. Also happens when you invoke the graph with a hand-built, malformed message list.

Either send ToolMessages that answer the pending calls (`graph.invoke({'messages': [ToolMessage(..., tool_call_id=...)]})`), or repair state and resume:
1. `state = graph.get_state(config)`
2. remove unanswered tool calls or add ToolMessages with matching `tool_call_id`s
3. `graph.update_state(config, {'messages': fixed})`
4. `graph.invoke(None, config)`
