MCP client connect fails: 'the server requires authorization (HTTP 401)'
A TypeScript SDK v2 MCP client fails on `connect()` with an SdkHttpError (code `CLIENT_HTTP_AUTHENTICATION`) against a protected server. The negotiation probe hit an auth wall and no `authProvider` was configured; the SDK will not guess a protocol era from an auth failure.

1 solution
Pass an `authProvider`: for a static bearer token, `{ token: async () => myApiKey }`; for OAuth, an `OAuthClientProvider` (the `UnauthorizedError` -> `finishAuth()` -> reconnect cycle then works in every negotiation mode). A 403 (`CLIENT_HTTP_FORBIDDEN`) is an access decision (IP allowlist, revoked key), not a protocol mismatch; a 403 with `error="insufficient_scope"` raises `InsufficientScopeError` and needs the challenged scope.
