OpenAI Structured Outputs: invalid schema, 'required' must include every key
A strict `json_schema` response format (or strict function tool) is rejected with `Invalid schema for response_format ...`. Strict mode requires every property to be listed in `required` (and `required` must not list keys missing from `properties`), `additionalProperties: false` on every object, and an object at the root (not `anyOf`).
Error
'required' is required to be supplied and to be an array including every key in propertiesEnvironment

1 solution
Make every object strict-compatible:
```json
{
"type": "object",
"properties": {
"name": {"type": "string"},
"nickname": {"type": ["string", "null"]}
},
"required": ["name", "nickname"],
"additionalProperties": false
}
```
Emulate optional fields with a union including `null` instead of omitting them from `required`. Limits: up to 5000 object properties and 10 nesting levels; keywords such as `allOf`, `not`, `if/then/else`, `dependentRequired` are not supported. SDK helpers (Pydantic/Zod) generate compliant schemas.
